Secure Ordering
When people talk about 'credit card theft' on the internet, they're talking about others gaining access to your details when you place an order. This can happen if someone is watching the information you submit as it travels between your computer and our server.
When you place an order with us, the information you send is sent through an encrypted layer (SSL). This means that the information is unreadable as it travels from your computer, and only becomes readable when it reaches our server.
During the ordering process, the address in your browser will change to: https://secure.caramel.com.au/david-franz/order. This is the address of the secure server used to process your transaction, and doesn't indicate a fault in the security of the site.
Your privacy
If you subscribe to my mailing list to get updates, or give me your contact details when you place an order, I keep them. That's it - no shared lists, no mail from 'special partners', in short - no spam.
You can unsubscribe any time you like, too.
